Story:
Set against the backdrop of Chandraprastha Port, Saindhav unfolds the story of Saiko (Venkatesh), a crane operator leading a peaceful life with his daughter, Gayathri. However, their world is shattered when Gayathri is diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), requiring a life-saving injection worth ₹17 crores.
